I received the preview of the new design that my partner is working on today, and boy was I impressed, the new theme is going to be an excellent move towards the revamp I talked about earlier, this theme is way fresher and I just love it. Check out the below low quality preview!

Of course the network home revamp isnt just a pretty design, lots of new updates are going in the design such as member profiles and a social networking system.

On another note, I currently have 87 followers on twitter, which isnt bad in my opinion considering for being there for 5 days, twitter is a great marketing tool so far with lots of potential however its filled with spam, which brings me Twitblock, you can learn more about their service on this Rev2 review,  basically it helps allot with clearing spam profiles in your twitter follower list. Hope it helps you get rid of the spam in your twitter account!

u4media has been a delayed project for a while and something I wanted to launch a long time ago, U4media is going to be the home of all my non-gaming properties, sadly though most of my non-gaming websites are not active any more besides two websites which are going to be the two properties under u4media for now.

So! I’ve been browsing Digital Point and Flippa in the past couple of days looking for quality websites for sale, and when I say quality i don’t necessarily mean traffic, so if you have any quality websites that have unique features, content or ideas please do let me know!

This page was bought from themeforest which is btw an awesome website, I’ve spent an hour yesterday looking through the awesome themes that the website includes at incredibly low prices, in my opinion these guys will displace Template Monster in no time!

I picked up Extremewildvideos a while ago from IQ69, the website was for sale for a very good price considering that its all custom coded ans has some pretty good features, the plan was to revamp the website and relaunch it. However due to the fact that I am extremely busy with the gaming side of my business I didnt have the time to effictevly do what I had in mind for it.

I am currently planning to finalize any pending issues in the website, find someone to add content to the website (contact me if your interested) and advertise the website.

The design you see now is the new one I got designed a couple of months ago and was integrated recently. I plan to heavily advertise the website once I find someone to add content to the website regularly.

I also had the idea of selling the script powering the website later on and maybe start a website for that purpose only, I’ve tried a fair few of gaming and humor/video scripts and the script powering that site is absolutely awesome and it has many of the features i was missing in scripts like Humor Software which later became VideoCore back when I was using it Funnyvideohub (now dead).

I tried to get a screenshot through archive.org of how the older design looked but I only got what seems to be like the original design of the website which isnt how i bought it

Anyways I will keep you guys posted on how well the marketing goes and blog about the best method I find to be best for marketing such websites, I am not thinking of monetizing it at this point until it gets a good amount of traffic, below is a preview of how the website looks now.

On another note, you can check out a preview of one of the new buildings were adding to MedievilWars on this post. This is one of two new buildings that will be added to the game on both servers.

The new theme for the medieevil browser based game that Wizards Productions (the company i co-founded) went live this week, the new theme is an extreme make over and enhancement for the website compared to its previous design.

Let me give you a quick brief about Wizards Productions and Sa7ara since this is the 1st time that I mention them on my blog.

WizardsProductions was a company I co-founded around 7 months ago, established in Jordan, WizardsProductions focuses on Arabic MMORPG games, sa7ara is the main project of this company while it does have other games under its belt.

In Sa7ara you select between four unique races, Romans, Arabs, Egyptians or Persians. Each race has its own unique town, units and advantages over the other races, the game is currently available in Arabic only, however we do plan to launch an English version of the game in the near months.

Go3 Media will be launching a new space strategy game soon, its a project that I’ve been pushing and wanting to launch for some time now, I’ve always liked space games especially space strategy games and Orbit Empires delivers the exact experience a hard core strategy game lovers like.

Orbit Empires allows you to start your 1st base on your 1st planet, your mission is to develop this planet as fast as you can and build and upgrade your resource buildings quickly to guarantee a steady income of metal and other resources, once that is done you start building variuos kinds of defences while researching new technologies to open new kinds of weaponry, you can then start building space ships and eventually developing a fleet capable of colonizing in empty planets in the galaxy, or take over planets from other members, if your strong enough that is.

Today was a great milestone for Mafia corruption, it witnessed the launched of the new skin that we’ve been working on for a while plus reaching 10,000 registered members, a great achievement in about 6 months of buying the site when it had a little over 3000 members.

We launched a couple of days ago the new design we’ve been working on for Hitmanslife, the design came out looking great and the integration went smooth, I thought i should also point out there we started a competition on two Nintendo Wii’s, each will go for a lucky winner, one will go for the highest donator and the other for the member that refers the highest number of members to the site.

Its been a while since I posted anything related to my online projects, so I thought I should make the 1st post after my month of blogging “downtime” about these projects.

As some of you may know, I bought an RPG game in the mafia niche around 4 months ago, since then MafiaCorruption has been taking most of my time along with the other website, Hitmanslife which I launched after 2 months of buying mafiacorruption, I brought in a partner in hitmanslife to help with the website since MC was already taking most of my time.

Mafiacorruption grew nicely in the past 4 months, when I purchased the site it has around 5000 members, it currently has more than 9100 member and has been growing on a daily basis, HL was a great success as well and it reached more than 5000 members in its 2-3 months of being online.

RPG sites, for those of you who are familiar with them require allot of time to manage, its not like running any other type of community that I ever ran, its very different that a forum for example, with such sites you have to make sure of lots of things, most importantly cheating with multiple accounts, you also need to check mail logs from time to time and sort out issues between members, but its been allot of fun so far and its certainly worth the effort.

I originally had each of the two sites hosted on its own VPS, however the rapid growth that both sites had made me move them to their own dedicated server, upgrading the VPS’s wasnt cost effective, I found a good special on Softlayer and I took advantage of it, btw I highly recommend Softlayer for servers, they are best when it comes to bandwidth quality as well as support.

Other than RPG’s which like I said was the main thing I was working on for the past months are my social networking projects and the blog network, not much happened regarding the blog network, I’ve pretty much stopped adding new blogs to my automated blog network, same goes for the blog network that I originally started with Charl, who also didnt have time for it, I was hoping to get the 1st blog which is gaget related out in Feb. but I faced a very strange issue with Wordpress, maybe ill mention it in more detail in another post.

As for the social networking projects, the new Faye3 version is done! finally after almost 8 months of working with freelance developers but we didnt launch it officially yet, I’ve also been working with Imad on a new social network in a new niche, which I am hoping to finish by the end of March, more details about it soon.

Its been a while since I posted anything, but there is a good reason behind the lack of posting in the past two weeks, I’ve been working on a couple of new projects that I will release more info about real soon, the main reason that got me off posting was the purchase of a new website, www.mafiacorruption.com which is an online RPG mafia game, the game is relatively young but growing at a good rate.

I’ve always wanted to own one of those websites, buying an established website was a logical choice, establishing one from the beginning is lots of work, especially with the lack of reliable scripts for such sites out there.

I’ve got big plans for the website, the 1st thing i did was move the site to its own server for faster page loads, which was one of the things the site members were complaining about, the file and data base move was a bit hectic but we came through at the end.

So that’s basically it, I’ll have more time now to update the blog regularly as before, so keep an eye on the future posts.
