Many of my members complain of spam when using real contact information as they should do (i.e. e-mail addresses, postal addresses passed onto other companies). In addition to this I had a case where a company sent me 5 books once they had my postal address with an invoice shortly after for 5 GBP - I stupidly ignored this and soon faced a 50 GBP non-payment charge. I'm pretty sure I read all the small print but perhaps not! My point is that these offers aren't all goody too shoes, I'm not sure it's worth it at all. Many users may not be internet savvy and , for example , end up downloading a toolbar for one of the offers which is coupled with some adware etc!
