VPS ordered
I’ve decided to move post4hosting into its own VPS, hosting applications rocketed after implementing the new hosting sign up system which automates almost everything, thanks goes to nsvr our wonderful coder for that.
I placed the order around 12 hours ago with burst.net, i got the activation email after 8 hours, impressive! I honestly didn’t expect to get it that fast, I was expecting something around 24 hours based on some topics that I read on their forum, I am currently testing it out and preparing it for moving those hosting accounts.
I am planning to offer a 4th free hosting account, with better specs than the previous three, however this one will be ad supported, since all of the previous 3 options are all Ad Free!

I knew there was something behind that quick setup time, turns out that the VPS was used by a previous client, they didn’t do a good job cleaning the VPS and that’s how I found out.
I guess that’s not much of a problem, the other thing that really bugs me is that they asked for me to email them my CC details, now I don’t know about that! I don’t think its even legal to ask for the details, I’ve ordered servers and VPS’s before and this is the 1st time a company asks me to send over my CC details directly to them, not to the CC processing company!
I am deeply troubled by this, seems I’ll be canceling this order if they don’t get this sorted out, I don’t even know why they are doing this, especially to verified reseller of theirs!

Just got an email from burst.net billing department, they screwed up the total amount due to be billed, although I enetred my reseller ID (which entails a discount) which was the main reason I ordered from them in the 1st place.
Seems like I’ll be shopping for another VPS in the next few hours.

Its official, I’ve cancelled the VPS ordered, I am deeply disappointed from them, you think such a big DC should have an excellent support, sales and billing staff online 24/7 I was supposed to get an xx% discount on the VPS to find out that the offer they had for resellers is no longer available.

Ordered a VPS from solarvps.com, got the activation email in 8 hours, looking good “hopefully” the stange thing is that they didnt setup WHM, I did order an unmanaged VPS but WHM should be at least setup.

Oh no! He went for a VPS! I advise you to get rid of that thing and put your forum on the server we talked about. Let me know how things go!

lol, I will get a seperate server for post4hosting eventually, the VPS should be enough for now, I am sure p4h will outgrow it in 4-6 months, I will probably get a server then for that site.
Thanks for dropping by

I spend a lot of time reading blogs and I have to say I’m impressed with your posts. It’s refreshing to find a blog that has valuable content such as yours. I’ll be a regular reader from now on, you can count on it.
Thanks,
